Modern modular fridge’s and freezers as used in butchers shops and the like can be installed to any size and temperature requirement.

Modular Fridges and Freezers core materials

Utilising standard composite panels, the core material is normally polystyrene or polyurethane where a non-fire rated room is acceptable or polyisocyanurate (PIR) where a fire retardant material is required. A fire rating of up to 1hr can currently be achieved with a PIR core and up to 4hr with a mineral fibre core.
